Quick Start (TL;DR)

1. Register for Gallery Notifications: Scan the QR code on our Photo Day signs or text the league code (posted on-site & emailed by league/photographer) to 90738.

2. Get Your Gallery Link: You’ll receive a text the moment your child’s photos go live.

3. Order on Your Phone or Computer: Buy packages or à la carte, choose poses, and check out.

4. Crop & Adjust: Use PhotoDay’s Crop Tool to fine-tune framing before you purchase.

How do I register to get my gallery link?

You’ve got three easy options…..pick your favorite:

A) Text your access code to 90738

• Text your event gallery access code (which was emailed or posted at your event) to 90738.

• Follow the prompt to opt in.

• You’ll get a notification text with the gallery link as soon as it’s ready.

B) Scan the QR code (on-site posters at registration table)

• Open your phone’s camera, capture the QR code, tap the link that appears.

• Enter your mobile number and child’s name/team if prompted.

• You’re now subscribed to receive a text when galleries are published.

C) Use the gallery URL

• Enter the gallery URL from your email/flyer/promo signs.

• Input the event access code if required and add your mobile number to receive updates.

Tip: Add your email inside your PhotoDay account once registered for a backup notification. If you switch phones, you’ll still get the link via email.

When will photos be ready?

We’ll send the gallery link as soon as images are edited and uploaded. You do not need to chase links….register once, and the link comes to you automatically.

How do I place an order (app or online)?

On your phone (recommended): - the video at the top of the page is very helpful

1. Tap the gallery link in your text.

2. Browse your child’s individual and team poses.

3. Tap a photo → Shop.

4. Choose a package or a-la-carte prints/products.

5. Select pose(s) for each item (you can mix different poses/images in most packages).

6. Review crop previews (see cropping tips below).

7. Add to cart → Checkout. Enter shipping and payment.

On your computer:

1. Open the gallery URL from your text or flyer.

2. Add items to the cart and select and edit the same way mentioned above, then checkout.

Many products offer instant previews to confirm the image and crop before purchasing.

How do I crop or adjust my selected images?

PhotoDay’s Crop Tool appears during product selection/preview.

Using the Crop Tool:

• Pinch/zoom (mobile) or scroll/drag (desktop) to adjust.

• Keep eyes and top of head comfortably inside the frame……don’t crop too tight.

• Watch the aspect ratio (8×10 crops tighter than 5×7). If you love the full image, choose a product whose ratio fits it best.

• Leave a little headroom for prints and frames.

• For team photos, avoid cropping off edges of the formation, signage, or logos.

Color & simple adjustments:

• If a product offers Black & White or Sepia, you’ll see it as an option.

• Small exposure/white balance tweaks are handled by us prior to publishing.

Backgrounds & themes (if enabled):

• If digital backgrounds are offered, you’ll see a Backgrounds or Themes selector on eligible products. Choose your favorite and confirm in the preview.

What if I have more than one player?

• Register once per event gallery code.

• Use the team tagging/face-find feature if available to surface your player’s images.

• You can add items and packages for multiple players in one cart—just choose the correct pose per package or à la carte item.

What products are available?

• Prints: 8×10, 5×7, wallets, etc.

• Packages: Best value bundles for prints & digitals.

• Digitals: Print-resolution files delivered via download link.

• Gifts & Décor: Magnets, buttons, trader cards, banners (availability varies).

What are my payment options?

• PhotoDay accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can also pay with ApplePay and GooglePay. Orders should be placed soon after picture day, as a gallery may have an expiration date set by the photographer.

• If pre-purchased, your AdvancePay credits will show during checkout.

What is Advance Pay (PhotoDay)?

• Pre-pay credit system: Buy a credit before your Photo Day and apply it later to your order.

• Unlocks special offers: Families who purchase Advance Pay often receive exclusive discounts, free shipping, or bonus products.

• Flexibility: The credit sits in your account so you can use it toward any package, print, or digital download once the gallery is published.

• Easy checkout: When you place your order, your Advance Pay credit is automatically applied at checkout.

• No risk: If you don’t use the full amount, the balance stays in your PhotoDay account for future orders. ** AdvancePay Credits expire 14 months from purchase.

Can I use my AdvancePay credit for more than one child?

• Yes! You can apply your AdvancePay credit to more than one child as long as the galleries were photographed by RCP Studio using the same phone number used to purchase the AdvancePay credit.

Shipping & delivery

• Your order will ship directly to your home….unless your club/school specifies and sets up a free bulk delivery order.

• Estimated delivery is shown at checkout.

• You’ll receive tracking info (where applicable).

Missed Photo Day / Make-Up Info

• Any make-up session details will be announced by your organization or posted on your PhotoDay session schedules.

• Can’t attend your scheduled PhotoDay session time? Reach out, and we will try to fit you into an opening or make-up session option.

What to wear for best results (quick tips)

• Clean uniform and combed/brushed hair.

• ** Club Travel Teams - Coordinate if you will be wearing HOME or AWAY kits for your pictures.

• Bring your equipment or other prop if you wish: ball, bat, stick, gloves, helmet, ect. Make sure your cleats/sneakers are tied.

• Wipe off grass/dirt off your shoes before your turn.

• Arrive on time at the check-in table and confirm your name/team name.

I didn’t get the text / my link doesn’t work

• Double-check you texted the correct code to 90738 and are opted in.

• Ensure your carrier allows short-code messages.

• Try opening the link on Wi-Fi or another browser.

The gallery code expired - am I still able to order my child’s photos?

• Galleries are typically set to expire 4 weeks after they go live. If you missed the ordering window, and would like to make a purchase after a gallery has expired please reacho.

Refunds, exchanges, and quality

• We stand behind our work. If there’s a print defect, damage in transit, or a quality concern, reach out and we’ll make it right.

• Please arrive as a team 5 minutes before your slot.

• Confirm spelling of player names and jersey numbers at check-in.

• We will shoot all individual players at designated photo stations for speed.

• All TEAM Pictures will be composited from single player photos. If you do not show up for PhotoDay you will not be in the team picture.
